 Seit Ende der Ernte
haben sich die oberirdischen Teile des Spargel prächtig entwickelt.
Wichtig ist nun, daß man das Kraut vor Pilzkrankheiten und Insektenfraß
schützt. So kann die Pflanze Kräfte sammeln, damit sie bei der
zweimonatige Beerntung im nächsten Jahr gute Erträge bringen
kann.
