 Gestern schloß
in Straubing die Messe Biomasse 2003. So veranschaulichte man z. B. die
Biodiesel und Pflanzenöl in Verbrennungsmotoren oder den Ersatz von
Kunststoff durch Produkte aus der Stärke. Den größten Teil
nahm aber die thermische Verwertung (=Verbrennung) von Holz ein. Das Bild
zeigt eine leistungsfähige Anlage zur Erzeugung von Hackschnitzel.

2003" fair in Straubing closed. Among others, you saw the using of biodiesel
and plant-oil in combustion engines or the substitution of plastics with
products out of starch. Most importand was the use of wood to generate
wormth. The picture shows an powerfull device to make woodn chips.
