 Eine besondere
Feldfrucht sind diese Ölkürbise. In Österreich sind sie
weit verbreitet, bei uns fristen sie eher Nischendasein. Das Öl aus
ihren Kernen ist besonders wertvoll für die menschliche Ernährung.
