 Sorgfältig
hat man einen Maibaum ausgewählt und gemeinsam transportiert man ihn
ins Dorf. Nicht jeder ist geeignet. Er soll lang und dennoch nicht zu schwer
sein. Auch wenn es im Bild nicht so aussieht, schnurrgerade muß er
natürlich auch sein.
 With care they have choosen
a May-tree and in joint action they haul him into the village. Not each
is suitable. He should be long and not too heavy. It don´t look so
in this picture, but he must be also straight as a die.
