 Die Spargelernte
endet um Johnni (24. Juni). Bei einem zeitigen Frühjahr oder einer
älteren Anlage kann es natürlich auch früher sein. Wie überall
in der Landwirtschaft gilt auch hier der Fußballer Spruch: Nach dem
Spiel is vor dem Spiel oder nach der Ernte ist vor der Ernte. Und wer im
nächsten Jahr auch wieder qualitativ hochwertigen Spargel will, muss
dem ausgelaugten Bestand ordentlich zu Fressen geben.
 Asparagus harvest ends
