 In den 70er und
80der Jahren setzte Claas in seinen Dominator Modellen den Motor zwischen
Kabine und Korntank. Dieses Konzept stammt vom Bautz Titan. Die Idee war
den Motor nahe der Treschtrommel, dem Ort des höchsten Kraftbedarf,
zu plazieren. Mit den breiteren Mähwerken des Lexion brauchte man
den Motor wieder als Gegengewicht hinter dem Korntank!
 In the 70th and 80th Claas
mounted the engine between cabin and grain tank at his Dominator series.
This principle basis on the Bautz Titan. The idea was to place the engine
near the threshing cylinder, where most of the power is needed. With more
wide headers of the Lexion series, they need the enginge again as counter
weight behind the grain tank.
