 Das Bild mailte
mir Tony McD. Er lebt drei Stunden südlich von Perth/Australien. Auf
der Südhalbkugel erntet man gerade Getreide. Im Bild ein CAT Lexion
480R mit einem über 13 Meter breiten Schneidwerk. Über ein Förderband
läuft Stroh und Spreu in die angehängte Quaderballenpresse. Unter
dem trockenen Klima kann Stroh nicht verrotten und müßte verbrannt
werden. Mit dieser Kombinaion läßt sich zusätzliches Geld
mit dem Verkauf von Stroh verdienen.

McD. He lives three houres South of Perth Australia. In the southern hemisphere
they just combine grain. In the picture a CAT Lexion 480R with 42 foot
front. Over a conveyor strow and chaff runs in the pulled square baler.
Because of the dry condition strow can´t rotten and must be burned.
With this combination they can earn additional money by selling the strow.
