 Am Tag der offenen
Tür bei einem Kartoffelbauern konnte man sehen wie vorsichtig man
die Knollen behandeln muß. Oberstes Gebot ist die geringe Fallstufe.
Selbst die Lagerkiste kippt man so, daß die Kartoffel von einem Förderband
nur wenige cm fällt (im Bild links).
 At a day of the open door
on a potato farm you can see, how carefull the tubers must be handeled.
Top priority are low falling steps. Also the storing box is tipped in a
way that the potato falls from a conveyor only an inch (in the picture
left).
