Konservierung gibt es Karotten, (Bayrisch=gelbe Rüben) auch im Winter.
Eigentlich kennt man nur orange gelbe Rüben. Wie das Bild zeigt, gibt
es wirklich gelbe aber auch rote Varianten.
 Without conservation you
can have carrot, in Bavarian called yellow beets, during the whole winter.
Actually the yellow beets are orange. Like you can see in the picture,
there are really yellow but also read varitys available.
